1. Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund for store credits. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.. However, we currently do not offer returns or refund for scarf due to our strict hygiene policy.

2. All sale items, face masks, accessories and scarves are not eligible for exchange and refund.

3. All of our parcels undergo strict quality check before shipment. We will not be liable in event if the box received is not in a desirable condition as it is subject to courier's handling.

3. What is Your Exchange Policy ?

Sorry that things didn’t work out well for you! Here are the essential notes:
  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost. You can return your items to this following address within 14 days of receiving (Exchange and refund will be made once it's approved by Harīrose).
  • All refunds will be made via store credit within 48 hours upon receiving the returned items. 
  • All sale items are not eligible for exchange and refund.  
  • All of our parcels undergo strict quality check before shipment. We will not be liable in event if the box received is not in a desirable condition as it is subject to courier's handling.

4. Are All Items Returnable or Exchangeable ?

We would like to accept all returns, but due to certain features of the items, some categories are not eligible as explained below:

Scarf:

  • Not returnable due to hygiene purposes
  • Note that all returns will subject to Harīrose Fair Use & Return Policy

  • We reserve a right in monitoring and suspending any accounts with suspicious return activity
  • If conditions are not met, return will be rejected and returned back to sender
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns & refunds even with met conditions
